DLE FOUNDER ENCOURAGES ENTREPRENEURS TO MAKE NEW CONNECTIONS

HOT RESOURCES: DON’T GET SUCKED INTO WORKPLACE DRAMA
February 19, 2025The February 3 DLE Meetup explored how playing games–whether they are old-school board games like Monopoly, card games, or the latest video games–can sharpen professional skills. DLE volunteer planners Claire Lupien and Josh Brilliant guided participants through facilitated exercises that empowered attendees to quickly adapt to varied scenarios of group interactions.
Attendees completed three rounds of roleplaying–slipping in and out of different scenarios and characters–and then discussed the awareness and actions they needed to successfully project the attitudes and behaviors of each role. As much as the program was enlightening, it also sparked fun, laughter, and new connections.
