POLL RESULTS: DO YOU FEAR GIVING FEEDBACK?

Prompted by the June DLE Meetup–Feedback Done Right: Taking the Fear Factor Out–we explored the state of open communications in the workplace in one of our most popular DLE 10-Second Polls. 50 responses were received to the poll question: How comfortable are you giving constructive feedback to a coworker?

The feedback exchange was rated “somewhat comfortable” by 60% of respondents. 36% responded “very comfortable,” while only 4% responded “not at all comfortable.”
