INTRODUCING DLE MEETUPS WITH TOPICS THAT MATTER AND CONVERSATIONS THAT CONNECT

The Dulye Leadership Experience (DLE) advances its commitment to creating high-impact learning and networking experiences with in-person member Meetups.

Our latest Meetup explored the fear factors that impede one of the most vital resources for professional development: FEEDBACK. Inadequate skills, defensiveness, negative perceptions and organizational hierarchy were some of the communication barriers that Meetup participants identified. Through small and large group discussions, members shared techniques they use to confidently give and receive constructive feedback.

In-person Meetups are one of many actions that the DLE is taking to lead a Crusade for Conversations to combat the epidemic of loneliness and isolation recently declared by U.S. Surgeon General Dr. Vivek Murthy. Thank you Jacob Heath, Jamie Laprade and Josh Brilliant for your time, talent and creativity in planning this month’s Meetup.
