May 10, 2023DLE Founder and President, Linda Dulye, has been selected as the recipient of the prestigious 2023 “She Knows Where She’s Going” Award by Girls Inc. of the Berkshires for her philanthropic spirit and involvement in the community.
Melissa Mazzeo, President of the Girls Inc. of the Berkshires Executive Board, states that, “we are honored to award this year’s ‘She Knows Where She’s Going’ award to Linda. She is the exact role model we look for in our search each year. She is a hardworking successful business owner, as well as a community leader and activist. These are the traits we want our scholarship winners to emulate as they create their own paths.”
For 31 years, the annual Ruth P. Boraski award has celebrated women who make a difference in the Berkshires and serve as role models for young girls. This year’s award will be presented on May 4th at Proprietor’s Lodge in the Berkshires (home of the DLE Leadership Immersion). In addition to recognizing Linda’s commitment to and impact on the Berkshire community, this special event acknowledges excellence in young women from local high schools by awarding scholarships to assist them as they continue their education.

Linda’s Story
Growing up in her parents’ commercial printing and newspaper businesses sparked the entrepreneurial spirit that guided Linda to establish Dulye & Co., an award winning consultancy specializing in creating magnetic team cultures. Currently celebrating its 25th-year anniversary, Dulye & Co. has guided General Dynamics, Lockheed Martin, Rolls-Royce, United Technologies, Bobcat, Thermo Fisher Scientific and other respected organizations to achieve Spectator-Free Workplaces™ where relationships and results thrive.
Prior to starting her firm, Linda held numerous leadership positions in corporate communications at Duracell, Allied Signal, Grey Advertising, Public Service Electric and Gas, and General Electric.
Linda’s passion for giving back to the community inspired her to launch the Dulye Leadership Experience (DLE) in 2008, a member-guided professional development organization which has inspired career success for thousands of rising leaders worldwide. Through Linda’s financial underwriting, the DLE offers fee-free workshops, meetups, and networking events year-round, as well as a magnetic culture that brings diverse people together. In 2022, six DLE members were among the winners of the prestigious 40 Under 40 Berkshires Awards.
Linda’s commitment to service in the Berkshire community is extensive. She serves on the Board of Directors and Racial Equity Committee of the Pittsfield Economic Revitalization Corporation. She is a community champion for the Boston Fed’s Leaders for Equitable Local Economies (LELE) Program, co-founder of the Mentorship Program for Berkshire Business & Professional Women, and a volunteer coach to emerging entrepreneurs in EforAll in the Berkshires and STEM scholars in the Berkshire Innovation Center’s BETA program. As a volunteer host, she has created joyous first impressions with thousands of visitors to Tanglewood for nearly 15 years.
She is a recipient of the prestigious Berkshire 25 Award for creating impact, and the coveted Rotary Foundation Paul Harris Fellow Award for her philanthropy from the Pittsfield Rotary Club.
Devout in her faith, Linda serves on the parish council of St. Mark’s Catholic Church, and volunteers as secretary and executive board member for the African Catholic Community of St. Mark’s.
She earned her bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University and is an extreme Orange fan, sporting GO SU on her license plate. She received her master’s degree from Drew University.
