Coaching 101: Tips for Motivating Others to Be Their Best is the topic of conversation.
DLE members Josh Brilliant from General Dynamics Mission Systems, Alexis King from Hampshire Regional School District and Cameron Hadley from Northwestern Mutual will provide transferable tips from their after-work experiences as athletic coaches and teaching yoga that will help you guide workplace team members toward stepping up their performance and accountability. The program runs from 5:15-6:30 PM at the DLE HQ office in downtown Pittsfield and includes ample networking opportunities.
To maximize participation in small group discussions, attendance is limited to 15. There is no fee to attend, however registration is required and conducted on a first-come, first-served basis. Request a seat by emailing dle@dulye.com.
Designed to promote genuine camaraderie and conversation, DLE Meetups are new to the DLE’s 2023 programming, based on members’ requests. Similarly, topics address workplace and career challenges identified by members. Notes Alexis, “At this month’s event, we’ll discuss all aspects of motivation in the workplace and how we can increase it across the board. There will be time for small group discussions and a collaborative reflection at the end.”
Refreshments will be provided. The DLE HQ office is located at 100 North Street, Suite 402, Pittsfield, MA.
