SWAPPING TIME MANAGEMENT TIPS AT DLE MEETUP
February 8, 2023DLE HONORS BLACK HISTORY MONTH
February 8, 2023The January 2023 debut DLE Meetup earned an enthusiastic thumbs up for sparking an open, supportive and helpful exchange on a daunting topic that all attendees declared increasingly challenging: time management. (See related article in this HUB issue)
Introduced in the aftermath of the highly successful 2022 DLE Leadership Immersion and in response to attendees’ requests for more communal learning programs, DLE Meetups are designed with three goals in mind:
- fortify connections between DLE members
- provide stimulating conversations around career development
- have fun in an informal, intimate, in-person setting at the DLE HQ in the Berkshires.
As one attendee noted, “I’m looking forward to growing my networking and my skills as a person and as a professional through this group.”
Meetups are deliberately sized small (about 14 attendees) to ensure active participation by everyone in group discussions and networking breakouts. DLE Members Scott Haviland of CompuWorks and Mystie Ford of Greylock Federal Credit Union took the lead in coordinating the first session.
DLE Meetups will be held bi-monthly, with the next program scheduled for March 27. Attendance is by invitation. If you are interested in adding your name to the invitation roster, contact Nicole Laureyns, DLE Operations Assistant, at nicole@dulye.com.
