DLE WELCOMES NEXT NEXT GEN LEADERS

They are on the rise! Future leaders of the DLE several generations removed recently visited the DLE HQ in downtown Pittsfield. Meet 10-month-old Skyler Yang, whose father Zhi joined the DLE back in 2012 while attending Syracuse University.

Zhi is Director of Program Insights & Analytics, Patient & Specialty Services at Novartis.

Skyler’s mom, Jessica, is a third-grade teacher in the New York City Public School System.
