November 11, 2020Responses are coming in for the DLE Impact Survey, which was launched by the DLE Advisory Board last week to guide 2021 strategic planning.
The online survey runs through Wednesday, Nov. 25 and is an instrumental tool for capturing and prioritizing professional development needs of community members.
“COVID forced many businesses and organizations to innovate to survive. The DLE was not an exception; in March, we transitioned 100% of our in-person events to a virtual platform,” explains DLE Advisory Board Chair Marcus Coleman.
“The DLE is not a for-profit organization. Since March, we have created over 60 virtual events and introduced the DLE to more than 300 new individuals,” says Marcus. “We accomplished all of this with our great community’s volunteer efforts and the support of Linda Dulye, CEO & Founder of Dulye & Co., whose philanthropy solely underwrites the DLE.”
He adds, “We have to continue to execute on the DLE’s mission of creating inclusive, innovative, informative events to inspire rising leaders’ career and life success. We can’t accomplish greater heights in 2021 without your valued feedback. Thank you in advance for the time you will set aside to help grow the community that we all love.”
What is ahead for the DLE in 2021? Your answers to 10 questions can chart the direction.
