SEVEN YEARS AGO: Established as immersive weekends for professional development and networking in 2008, the signature DLE Retreats have always featured experts and sessions on wellness. TEN YEARS AGO: Attendees of the April 2014 DLE Retreat gather on day one of their three-day, immersive professional development with DLE Founder Linda Dulye (center, in black dress). At that time, the DLE was conducted in partnership with Syracuse University and attendees were Syracuse seniors and juniors preparing to start their careers. The weekend retreat was held in the Berkshires and featured a faculty of distinguished business leaders from diverse industries and companies.
