STAY STYLING WITH THE SNAZZY DLE WINTER BEANIE
December 19, 2023HEADLINES KEEP COMING FOR DLE ENTREPRENEUR AJ BOWMAN
December 19, 2023Coaching tip from Linda Dulye, President/Founder, Dulye & Co. and Dulye Leadership Experience
Are you dreading the holiday office party? Channel positivity instead when you are invited to join colleagues at a holiday gathering. Keep in mind that in-person events offer a terrific opportunity to practice your conversational skills, which can grow stale when you spend so much time in front of the screen.
Arrive with a smile and a few icebreaker questions to spark interactions. Steer away from Christmas-specific questions and use holiday-spiced questions that are more inclusive, like “What are your plans for taking in some downtime over the holidays?” or “What holiday movie is an annual tradition for you to watch?”
Challenge yourself to get to better know or meet for the first time five team members by striking up a conversation. The networking dividends of holiday parties are as numerous as the scrumptious dessert offerings.
Dulye & Co. is committed to leading a Crusade for Conversations that builds meaningful connections in companies and communities−during the holiday season and year-round.
