2022 LEADERSHIP IMMERSION EARNS ASTRONOMICAL RATINGS FOR INSPIRING CURIOSITY, CONNECTIONS AND CONFIDENCE

After three years in the waiting and 10 months in the making, the 2022 cohort of the DLE Leadership Immersion rises and soars

The 2022 Leadership Immersion reinvigorated the more than 50 motivated professionals and all-star speakers with new perspectives, strategies and confidence to lead others in today’s dynamic workplace.

More than 70% rated the program “far better” than any previous professional development they had completed, and 89% rated their overall experience as “excellent.”

The 2022 attendees lauded the diversity—marked by representatives from 25 different companies and organizations—and the direct access to the speakers thanks to small groups and personalized coaching sessions. Unique to the DLE Leadership Immersion is the continuity of speakers’ involvement. As Allison Schmitt, program manager of EforAll, noted, “I like that they didn’t just pop in for their presentation; they were a part of the seminar with us. They were able to build on one another and connect back to each other.”

Adds Gregory Rossano , software engineering technical manager at General Dynamics Mission Systems, “The presentations were excellent, and having a chance to interact directly with the speakers to get personalized insights was amazing. I came away with many actionable steps to help my team and myself.”
