June 9, 2021JUNE PROGRAM LINEUP ANNOUNCED
June 9, 2021With summer fast approaching, are you looking for new ways to recharge and rejuvenate—and especially to relax? Make this a stimulating season for building your mind-body connection with tips from the DLE Breakfast Club on June 18, when the conversation focuses on How Getting Active Can Affect Your Mental Drive.
DLE alum and Ft. Lauderdale-based business owner Frank Fuentes, an active rower who recently competed for the U.S. Olympic Rowing Team, will get the conversation going by sharing techniques he uses to improve mental and physical fitness as well as to achieve quality relaxation. The program, which starts at 7:00 am ET, includes breakout sessions for enhanced networking and idea swaps in an open, fun and inviting atmosphere with a diverse group of motivated professionals.
Research indicates that most of us are 31% more active over the summer than during any other season. Harness your extra zeal and find a new summer groove with coaching from Frank, including how to create a plan that keeps you engaged. “It doesn’t need to be perfect, but it does need to be written. Fail to plan? Plan to fail!” warns Frank.

About Frank Fuentes
After a tumultuous 2020 that included experiencing a layoff with a hospital design company, completing the rigorous certification program for becoming a licensed architect and getting engaged, Frank made big dreams come true this spring. In March, he tried out for the U.S. Olympic Rowing Team in the men’s single event. One month later, he launched Fuentes Architecture, an architectural design firm with a specialty in residential design.
An alum of the DLE 2016 Retreat, he is a graduate of Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Architecture degree (five-year program). In addition to his main business, Frank owns FrankiesPracticeQuizzes.com, a study prep website for licensure candidates pursuing architecture careers.
