SIGN OF THE TIMES: DLE GOES HYBRID

Like most organizations, the DLE is experimenting with new approaches for team collaboration. Hybrid is the latest.

For the first time in a year, the DLE’s Berkshires headquarters was the site of an in-person meeting. It was an enthusiastic return for five members of the DLE Advisory Board, who met face-to-face at their monthly meeting on May 17. The group teamed up with their colleagues in multiple locations via Zoom, marking the shift to yet another means of adjusting to new pandemic-triggered connections.
