As founder of Convivo, a Berkshire (MA)-based consultancy specializing in authentic communication skills training, he has coached sales teams at Slack, MathWorks, and other competitive organizations to achieve impressive revenue increases.

Hari brings over 20 years of expertise in training and facilitation across wide-ranging careers in both academia and the tech industry, with graduate degrees in engineering (M.S. Boston University) and communication (M.A. UMass Amherst). He has worked as an engineer, trainer, and sales storytelling coach at tech companies. In 2020, he founded VoPro Pros, a nationwide all-volunteer organization focused on voter protection, now more than 2,500 members strong.
