As DLE Meetups resume on August 26 after a summer hiatus, below is a graphic preview of takeaways from the first six chapters of Leading Without Power, the DLE’s official 2024 summer read.

Join the in-person discussion of this best-selling leadership book with moderators Luke Fitzgerald, Cam Hadley, and Lyndsey Wadsworth starting at 5:30 PM at the DLE office at 100 North Street, Suite 402, in Pittsfield, MA. There’s no fee to attend, however registration is required by emailing dle@dulye.com.

The 90-minute program will feature a large group discussion and breakout sessions exploring practices and tools for building leadership competencies and meaningful connections. DLE Meetups have earned enthusiastic participation from members and newcomers looking to broaden their professional network and development resources. Past topics have included time management, psychological safety, taking the fear out of feedback, avoiding burnout, reputation management, and more.
