POLL RESULTS: A SPLIT WE DIDN’T EXPECT

The last DLE 10-Second Poll explored members’ experiences presenting new ideas in their workplace.

We asked: How often do you feel your ideas at work are shut down because others say “that’s the way we’ve always done it?”

Results show a surprising split among respondents–with 54% indicating “very often” or “somewhat often” and 46% indicating “rarely” or “never.” Here’s a look at the final tally.
