This month, Erin Bednarcyzk and Sarah Marques leave their roles of DLE Social Media/Marketing intern and DLE Communications intern, respectively, with college degrees in hand to set out on new career adventures. Through the discipline of agenda-driven team meetings, real-time decision making, detailed production schedules, and active networking, they have broadened their perspectives, skills, and readiness for today’s competitive workplace.
Here’s how this dynamic duo reflects on how they’ve changed through their DLE experience.
SARAH, who received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Marist College:
“Working with The Dulye Leadership Experience has taught me how important connection building is and how beneficial it is to participate in discussions that build perspective on career advancements. Overall, this organization allowed me to develop new skills that I will be able to apply successfully in the real world. Thank you to the amazing individuals at the DLE, as well as my friends and family, who have been there for me along the way. I cannot wait to see what the future holds.”
ERIN, who received her Bachelor of Science degree from Siena College:
