HOT RESOURCES: CAITLIN CLARK’S SECRET SAUCE FOR BUILDING CONNECTIONS
May 15, 2024DLE INTERNS DECLARE THEY ARE READY FOR THE WORKPLACE
May 15, 20247 YEARS AGO: From 2008 through 2016, the DLE produced an immersive professional development retreat with its partner, Syracuse University. More than 140 Syracuse undergraduates completed the challenging, three-day, reality-based training to gain critical skills, self awareness, confidence, and connections for successfully transitioning from student to new hire.
On March 24, 2017, the DLE debuted a completely independent leadership experience–the Gen Now Retreat–developed exclusively for millennials actively advancing their careers in diverse industries and locations. The Berkshire-based event united alumni from prior DLE programs with newcomers to the organization for a weekend of group learning, one-on-one coaching, and individual self-reflection to bring out their best and overcome adversity. 2 YEARS AGO: DLE volunteers joined leaders from Construct Inc. on April 30, 2022 in a garage clean-out project on the final day of Berkshire United Way’s Here For Good Volunteer Month. Donating their time and muscle were (from left to right) Matt Hamilton, Anthony Telladira, Dan Zabatta, Matt Belanger, Linda Dulye, Laura Jordahl, Kalee Carmel, Joe DelSoldato, and Andy Howe.
