40 UNDER FORTY WINNERS: ANNOUNCING THE DLE FANTASTIC 5
How do you measure the impact of the DLE community and programs? Consider these stats: Five of the 40 winners of the 2024 Berkshire County 40 Under Forty Awards is an active DLE member and volunteer.
Meet the DLE Fantastic 5, this year’s 40 Under Forty Award recipients:
- Prince Abanulo, Quality Manager at Premium Waters
- Josh Brilliant, Systems Test Engineer at General Dynamics Mission Systems
- Kalee Carmel, Treasury Management Manager at Adams Community Bank
- Cameron Hadley, Financial Advisor at Northwestern Mutual
- Allison Schmitt, Executive Director at EforAll Berkshire County
This past January, a team of DLE members met to create a slate of nominees for the 2024 Awards event. Once nominees were finalized, the volunteer team prepared and submitted nominations on their behalf.
The DLE Fantastic 5 join 11 other DLE members who have received this prestigious award since 2019. Our latest winners were selected from 217 nominations. Six independent judges ranked all nominations and then decided on the 40 individual recipients.
“These results underscore the importance and impact of the DLE in the Berkshires,” notes Linda Dulye, DLE founder and president of Pittsfield-based Dulye & Co. consultancy, which underwrites the DLE’s year-round professional development programs.
“The DLE is committed to elevating next-gen leaders in the Berkshires and beyond by producing fee-free, high-impact learning and networking opportunities, and cultivating an inclusive, supportive community of members who genuinely want to make a difference where they work and live.”
Linda’s dedication to inspiring next gen leaders was recognized in this Letter to the Editor published Feb. 14 in the Berkshire Eagle.
The awards ceremony will be held on March 28 at Berkshire Community College’s Robert Boland Theater. For ticket information, click here.
