REV UP ENGAGEMENT WHERE YOU WORK WITH IDEAS FROM THE NEXT DLE MEETUP
December 19, 2023GET A CONFIDENCE BOOST AT JANUARY CULTURE CHAT
December 19, 2023The unique value proposition of the DLE Listening Sessions, introduced in 2023, has attracted more government leaders. (MA) State Rep. Tricia Farley-Bouvier contacted DLE Founder Linda Dulye with a request to meet with DLE members to gain new insights and broaden her perspective on issues that matter to next gen leaders in the Berkshires.
“The first job of a legislator is to listen,” explains Tricia. “I very much welcome the opportunity to hear from young professionals in Pittsfield as to their experiences and how they think the commonwealth can be a better partner in making our community one in which everyone can thrive.”
The 75-minute Listening Session with Tricia is set for Feb. 5 at 5:15 PM. This in-person event will be held at the DLE HQ in downtown Pittsfield. DLE members who live or work in Pittsfield and have an interest in joining the conversation should contact Linda Dulye at dle@dulye.com. Attendance will be limited to 15 participants to ensure the group’s full engagement with Tricia.
What makes the DLE Listening Sessions a respectful and robust resource for leadership development? Click here for a recap of the debut session with Pete Marchetti, who was at the time a candidate for mayor of Pittsfield (MA). He won his election and will be sworn into office on Jan. 2, 2024.
