POLL RESULTS: WHAT’S HAPPENING WITH ENGAGEMENT?

Inspired by the Jan. 8 in-person DLE Meetup on Building Engagement in the Office and Community, our last 10-Second Poll probed: Over the past year, do you feel your team members’ engagement at work has increased, decreased, or not changed?

Over half of the respondents (52%) indicated that engagement has decreased. Here’s a look at the results.
