ABOUT GUEST SPEAKER RYAN DICKERSON
After a decade in the recruiting industry, Ryan Dickerson became a career coach so he could focus on helping people find their way. He grew up in Maryland and attended Syracuse University, where he earned an undergraduate degree in economics and a master’s degree in entrepreneurship.
Ryan moved on to a Technical Recruiting position with an Oracle Systems integrator that was ultimately acquired by Deloitte. After a few years there, he joined Korn Ferry International (KFY) where he served on the Global Chief Information Officer’s Practice, partnering with some of the best executive search practitioners in the world.
In 2019, Ryan started his firm, Good Fit Careers, with a focus on helping professionals make the most of their careers.
