The Kids Table at family gatherings is killing conversations. “It’s polarizing on so many fronts,” declares DLE president Linda Dulye. “Physically segregating youngsters stunts their ability to comfortably converse with others who are different.”
Ending the Kids Table is among the dozens of proven practices for stimulating conversations and increasing human interactions from the Crusade for Conversations campaign that Linda recently launched on the popular It’s About to Go Down! podcast with hosts Marc Williams and Cathey Armillas.
The campaign percolates from Linda’s robust experience as a corporate leader for GE and AlliedSignal, during her 25 years of consulting work with her firm Dulye & Co., and creating the expansive network and programming for the DLE over the past 15 years.
