The last DLE poll investigated self-directed activities to grow leadership skills. We asked: How many leadership books do you read a year?

One quarter of respondents consume six to ten books each year. That’s impressive. For most respondents—38%, their yearly rate averages five books or fewer. Here’s a look at the final tally.
