DLE INTERNSHIP IS A STEPPING STONE FOR RONAK PARIDA

Former DLE intern Ronak Parida, a junior business major at Syracuse University, has accepted a virtual position as a Gas Power Sales Development intern for General Electric.

Ronak’s role begins this summer, and he’s excited about the challenge that awaits. “I will be working to make sure the automated Chat Bots on the company website engage with customers by optimizing them for driving new product offerings, following up with customers after webinars and generating analytical reports.”

Ronak credits his DLE internship with providing him with the confidence and skills to succeed. “I credit the experiences of managing social media accounts, being part of a cohesive team and working to organize the 2022 Leadership Immersion as the reasons I was able to get the internship. Writing the HUB articles, drafting promotional materials for DLE events and conducting outreach to DLE members were also critical skills I developed with the DLE that I felt really made me a strong candidate.”
