The founder of Stress School, Karden told participants attending the Feb. 9 Win the Morning, Win the Day wellness workshop that some intentional and productive disruptions during the first hour of your morning can enhance long-term wellbeing.
He noted that remote work has caused many professionals to lose their drive to stick to a proper routine. Research by the DLE validated that. Our latest DLE 10-Second Poll revealed that 30% of people were unhappy with their morning routines and 45% were only somewhat satisfied.
