GO BEYOND VIRTUAL EVENT BUILDS NEW NETWORKS
January 7, 2022POLL RESULTS: HUGS STILL HAVE THEIR PLACE
January 25, 2022Amidst the unrelenting clench of the pandemic, the DLE Advisory Board and program planning committees continued to innovate to deliver meaningful and valuable learning and networking experiences in 2021.
We started the year in uncharted territory—producing a virtual comedy hour—and we ended in similar fashion, hosting a world premiere of a short film created by one of our members. Sandwiched in between were dozens of professionally produced online programs to help you gain proficiencies and connections, plus a live, in-person, new-member orientation to close out the year Beyond events, the DLE launched a new website, making it easier for you to track events and other members’ accomplishments.
Tailoring our offerings to members’ requests and the realities of a dynamic workplace, the DLE delivered tools, techniques and incredible speakers on a wide range of topics for career and personal growth.
Nearly 20 hours of new content was added to the DLE YouTube Channel, enabling flexibility in members’ learning experiences. When COVID restrictions eased to enable safe, outside gatherings during the summer, we ramped up Berkshire-focused, community service initiatives with the City of Pittsfield and Construct Inc. Despite increasing operating costs, DLE membership and its vast array of offerings continue to be fee-free through the sustained underwriting of Dulye & Co.
We enthusiastically embrace 2022 and the challenge of continued transformation through virtual, in-person and hybrid experiences. But before we officially close out 2021, please scroll and reconnect with some DLE pivotal accomplishments in this year-in-review graphic.
