January 7, 2022HELP YOUR WORKPLACE THRIVE – LEARN HOW TO BE AN ALLY AT JANUARY CULTURE CHAT
January 7, 2022What happens when time management meets well-being? Discover amazing benefits at a DLE Ownership Workshop on Feb. 9 with a nationally recognized wellness coach.
Win the Morning, Win the Day: How to Use the First Hour of Your Day to Transform Your Life is a 60-minute, highly participative workshop that can help you feel great and perform better. The program begins at 6:00 pm ET, and registration is required.
Inspired by Hal Elrod’s Miracle Morning, neuroscience and over 15 years of health, wellness and performance coaching in the U.S. and beyond, workshop leader Karden Rabin will present a template for beginning each day to supercharge your vitality, effectiveness and achievement—while bringing a new level of calm and peace of mind.
“Every morning as we wake from sleep, we have a precious window of time. It’s a window where our mind and body are more capable than any other part of the day to think clearly and cultivate new habits,” explains Karden, who is the creator of Stress School and founder of Boundless: Integrative Wellness Center.
Activate your awareness and gain proven methods to:
- Begin your day with intent vs. reaction
- Gain a morning process to transform your life from health to work
- Evolve instead of living life on a loop.
To encourage active participation for all workshop attendees, registration is limited to 25. Seats are filled on a first come, first served basis.
Invest in your 2022 well-being. The workshop fee is $20.22. Click here.
The recording of this workshop will be available to registrants only on the DLE YouTube Channel. Access to this resource is a bonus dividend for attending a DLE Ownership Workshop.
