UPDATED FOR 2021–THE DLE HOLIDAY COOKBOOK SPARKLES WITH AMAZING RECIPES MADE WITH LOVE

It is becoming a tradition at the DLE to compile diverse, creative and classic recipes from our community for the holidays.

It started last year, when the pandemic triggered a surge in baking, cooking and other culinary exploration.

Dozens of DLE members shared with us recipes close to their hearts, which were compiled and beautifully presented in the DLE Holiday Kitchen Traditions cookbook.

We’ve added new culinary offerings in an expanded 2021 edition of the cookbook, which is coming soon.

Recipes range from brunch and breads to appetizers, entrees, sides, drinks and of course desserts! Whether you’re looking to have an extended all-out cooking session by making the challenging but mouth-watering Roger’s Eggplant Parmigiana or the simple but classic Grandmom Lyons’s Mac & Cheese, there is something for everyone and every occasion.

Culinary contributors will be featured on DLE social media starting in December. The cookbook is available on the DLE website. A $10 donation is suggested. Bon appetit!
